📌Frequently Asked Questions?
✔️Why There is No Sound from Soundbar After Plugging into The HD-MI Port?
-Please ensure the port you plug into your TV is HD-MI (ARC) and not HD-MI. Please make sure it is Output Ports. Make sure the TV ports is HD-MI(ARC) Output Port. If you plug in the input port from TV, there will be no sound from the sound bar.
-Check all cable connections between the soundbar and TV
-Check and ensure that the audio settings on the TV are PCM modes
-Tips: TV Settings > Home > Settings> Sound > Digital Audio Output > PCM
-Make sure there is no other audio port input on your device
-Please set the TV to digital audio output and select PCM output
-Note: If your TV and soundbar are connected via other cables, remember to unplug the other cables when switching to other connection methods
-In HD-MI ARC mode, the volume of the device and the sound bar are synchronized, and you only need to control the volume of one. In other connection modes, the volume between the device and the sound bar is independent and needs to be adjusted separately. It is recommended that you turn down the volume on the TV before connecting
✔️Why Don't I Get Audio from All Sources (Netflix, Prime, Apple TV, etc)?
-In order to resolve this, you will need to ensure the TV's audio settings are set to two channel stereo/PCM output. And then please turn off DOLBY and/or DTS function in the app sound settings.
✔️Is This One Soundbar and Two Speakers?
-No. Package includes 2 separate tower speakers and 1 center subwoofer speaker. You can connect these 3 speakers to make a regular 36" long soundbar.
-The 2 independent tower speakers must be connected to the central subwoofer part through audio cables to make sound. Because they need to be powered by the audio cables to work.
✔️Why are There 4 Audio Cables in The Package? What are They for?
-There are 4 audio cables in the package, two long and two short audio cables. Please use 2 short audio cables to connect the 3 speakers when you connect the 3 independent speakers together to form a long sound bar.
-Please use 2 long audio cables to connect the 3 independent speakers when you split the long sound bar into 3 parts.
-You can also use the central subwoofer part alone as a small long sound bar.
