Assembling the product was very simple and our new cat immediately liked it. It is a bit expensive considering its size, but he is already using it to climb and scratch, so I believe it will suffice until I purchase a larger cat tree for him. It also does not produce much noise when the balls are moving around.
The assembly was a bit tricky the first time, but I managed to get it right on the second attempt. Cats really enjoy it. It is a nice and robust size when put together correctly. The height is perfect, and it is very easy to clean.
My 10-month-old cat really enjoys playing with the ball tracks on this toy. He will swat the balls around in circles and then he will bat at the hanging ball for a little while before jumping on top and scratching at the carpet. The toy is well-made and worth the price. The only downside is that the base is not very sturdy, so it tends to tip over when my cat is playing with it. It hasn't caused any safety issues, but I do have to keep standing it back up for him to play with it again.
My cats and chihuahua love playing with the hanging and wooden balls on this toy. The only issue is that it tips over easily when my bigger cat tries to scratch it because it's lighter and smaller than expected.
Quick to put together, durable construction, just the right size for my small living space, my little cat adores it, I look forward to him continuing to enjoy it as he grows into an adult cat.
