✔️Why There is No Sound From Soundbar After Plugging into The HD-MI Port?
-Please ensure the port you plug into your TV is HD-MI (ARC) and not HD-MI.
-Please make sure it is Output Ports. Make sure the TV ports is HD-MI(ARC) Output Port. If you plug in the input port from TV, there will be no sound from the sound bar.
✔️Why Don't I Get Audio From All Sources (Netflix, Prime, Apple TV, etc)?
-In order to resolve this, you will need to ensure the TV's audio settings are set to two channel stereo/PCM output. And then please turn off DOLBY and/or DTS function in the app sound settings.
